To return or obtain warranty service for a Skreens Product, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from a Technical Support Representative (TSR) at Skreens. A TSR may be reached by emailing info@skreens.com. RMA numbers expire: (1) thirty days from your date of purchase in the case of a return under Skreens’s Thirty-Day Money Back Guarantee (described above) or (2) thirty days from issuance of the RMA number in the case of a return under Skreens’s Limited Warranty (described above). We may attempt to troubleshoot a warranty related problem prior to issuing an RMA number. Please be prepared to provide additional information upon request. Once an RMA number is obtained, you must ship your Skreens Product, freight prepaid, together with proof of purchase and all accessories, in either the original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection, to the Skreens authorized distribution facility identified by the TSR. Failure to return any of the accessories could result in a delay and/or result in an invoice to you or credit to Skreens for the missing accessories.
